Shipping Policy and Methods
House of Herringbone sources custom and unique inventory from all over the globe. When your order is completed, we will process the order and request the shipment from our warehouse within 24 hours. It is our goal to have all merchandise shipped within 36 hours of order date, however, due to the nature of some of our products, this process could take up to 4 weeks. If we expect any delays in shipping, you will be notified within 36 hours of the order being placed, and will be given the option to cancel the order. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and will work with you to make sure you are happy. Some products require freight shipping and we are unable to calculate the cost during time of purchase. these items are excluded from the free shipping promotion. you will be notified of the cost after the time of purchase and be given the option to cancel or proceed and will be invoiced for the cost of freight. Easy Returns & Exchanges
At House of Herringbone our goal is the provide the best customer service possible. We understand that at times you may not be happy with the item that you purchased from us. If that is the case, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the time that the product was received by you. We will work with you to ensure your total satisfaction.
Returns must be received by House of Herringbone within 2 weeks of the time that you received the item. returns received within 2 weeks will result in a refund to your payment account upon the processing and inspection of your return. Returns that arrive in damaged condition will result in no refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Should your items arrive damaged, please submit an email to email@example.com . Photos are required to substantiate damage or quality claims. Upon receipt, House of Herringbone will review the claim for approval. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. All claims must be submitted and received by House of Herringbone within 2 weeks from receipt of shipment. All qualified returns will result in a credit to your original form of payment.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item valued over $75, trackable shipping service and shipping insurance is recommended. House of Herringbone offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by customers.
Items shipped via freight carrier (furniture) are not returnable, and must be inspected and accepted or refused upon delivery.
